Belgium is a leading country with respect to the extraction of underground resources. HSP, based on the plurality of its areas of expertise in terms of land use planning and the environment in particular, has developed expertise specific to the sector.
Quarrying is different from other activities in that its location is inherently linked to the deposit that is to be exploited. In addition, of course, to all the questions related to the necessary permits for exploiting deposits and quarry annexes, HSP has developed specific expertise related to revisions of land use plans, expropriation, questions pertaining to the land management of deposits, and all the other related questions this activity involves.
